This is not a studio advertisement.

This photo shows the real field origin of BagSpace: a temporary exhibition setting, a Route 272K bus-stop anchor, Innospire smart glasses, a black capability backpack, recycled-material product stories, local materials, and a booth built under real constraints.

这不是棚拍广告图。这是 BagSpace 的真实现场起点：临时展位、272K 巴士站锚点、Innospire 智能眼镜、黑色能力背包、回收材料产品故事、本地材料，以及在真实限制下搭建出来的空间。

Four of the five current student Runtime members directly participated in arranging and building this booth.

Among you, most were not just visitors. You helped prepare the space, arrange the objects, support the booth, and experience what it means to stand as exhibitor representatives for the first time.

你们五位学生中，有四位已经亲自参与这个展位的布置与展览。这不是普通作业，这是你们第一次代表展商站台、面对真实观众、真实产品、真实现场压力。

This matters because BagSpace is not only an idea. You have already touched its first real version.

1. Why This Project Matters to You

BagSpace is not only about designing a bag.

It is about turning your own learning, work and living problems into portable capability spaces.

It is about your desk, your hostel, your phone, your cables, your lighting, your online class setup, your tools, your small room, and your future evidence.

这不是普通背包项目。它和你的学习、工作、住宿、手机支架、电线、灯光、桌面、工具和未来能力证明有关。

Your work can become visible evidence for your future job, study, interview, portfolio, startup application or funding discussion.

4. The Shift: From Object Detection to Capability Detection

Innospire smart glasses began with object detection and AI navigation.

BagSpace asks a further question:

If AI can detect an object, can it also detect hidden capability?

A bus-stop sign, a backpack, a cable, a broken computer, a display, a wooden board, a tool, a student desk, a kitchen corner, a toilet corner or a small room can all become a touchpoint.

You helped turn a small temporary booth into a richer learning and product environment.

6. Why Hong Kong Space Matters

Hong Kong space is small, expensive and highly constrained.

A student may not have a proper desk.

A phone may need to be held up by wood just to attend an online class.

A small room may need to become a bedroom, classroom, office, storage area and creative lab at the same time.

So BagSpace is not only about products. It is about increasing capability density inside small spaces.

9. Your First 7-Day Mission

Day 1 — Discover

Find 10 real objects, materials, tools, power items or space problems.

Day 4 — Build One Small Prototype

Build one small improvement for your own learning, work or living space.

Day 5 — Document

Write what you built, why it matters, what problem it solves, and what you learned.

Day 6 — Publish Evidence

Day 7 — Share

Explain your BagSpace idea to another student. Invite them to contribute.

You do not all need to do the same thing.

Different backgrounds are useful. Design, AI, business, hardware, writing, photography, repair, research and communication all matter.

12. What You Can Prove

By joining BagSpace, you can prove:

13. Safety Boundary

First stage is low-risk only.

• No unsafe battery modification.
• No 220V experiment without supervision.
• No unattended heating devices.
• No blocking fire exits or public corridors.
• No confidential data.
• No passwords, API keys or private SSH keys.
• No unsupported official endorsement claims.
• No unsupported ESG or carbon-reduction claims.

低压优先，安全第一。

You are capable of doing this.

You already helped build the first real scene.

You do not need to build a perfect product immediately.

Start from your own space.

Start from one cable, one adaptor, one tool, one phone stand, one small problem.

Use AI.
